Word has trickled back to Maine that Team Columbus has once again performed well. At the KHS 101 Hill Climb, Steve Reed finished 3rd in the M40 category, 12th overall. Peter Langslow finished several minutes back. Kaight Forgie took 3rd in the Women's category. Tom took overall honors.

August 6th - 17th Cycling Tour of Taiwan
The Taiwan Cycling Federation is organizing a twelve-day 1000 km cycling tour of the island for a nominal expense. The tour travels the entire island, averaging about 100 km/day.
The cost for students aged 18-30 is US$100 and transportation to Taiwan. All hotels and meals are sponsored by the Taiwan Cycling Federation. Non-students can still ride, but they will need to contribute US$30 per day for hotel and meals.
